We seek a highly energetic and motivated individual to take on the senior management role responsible for all aspects of the course, golf and clubhouse operations.

Location: Nelson, BC. Situated on scenic Kootenay Lake and in the heart of the Selkirk Mountains, Nelson is renowned for quality of life, community diversity and terrific access to outdoor recreational activities. It’s a great place to raise a family.

Primary Duties: supervision of department managers; budget preparation, implementation and control; implementation of all Board policies, procedures, and directives; marketing plan preparation and execution; management of health and safety program.

Qualifications and Experience: business management background; Microsoft Office skills; familiar with basic accounting programs; supervision experience; familiarity with golf course, pro shop and clubhouse management; strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills; strong service and initiative orientation.
